The Boat House is a delightful seafood restaurant on the banks of the Firth of Forth between the two bridges. It is run by its charming owners Suzanne and Paul Steward, who take great pride in welcoming all guests to The Boat House personally.
Situated in South Queensferry, The Boat House offers some interesting things to do in Edinburgh. Dine in comfort and style in the restaurant with its amazing views of the Firth of Forth towards the Bass Rock, or try The Boat House Wine Bar, or even The Boat House Cafe, for delectable delicacies to enjoy with friends.
The Boat House experience extends over three levels that take you from the High Street at Queensferry right down to the pebbled shore of the Firth of Forth. Naturally there are great food and great views on all three floors.
Enter from the High Street in to The Boat House Café, where you can have a chat and a fantastic dreamy latte with friends, and enjoy some of the finest cafe food in Edinburgh. Downstairs you'll find the lovely Boat House Bar and Restaurant, and even the romantic and award winning beach side restaurant. Wow! The views are simply stunning.
The entire fantastic award winning fine cuisine at The Boat House is beautifully prepared and presented, and Paul's passion for great fresh locally sourced fine produce really shines through.
Be tempted by local lobster, crab, and rock oysters or scallops with sautéed potatoes, tomatoes, green salad and truffle oil, or maybe a mouth watering Aberdeen Angus steak. Naturally all this fantastic cuisine is accompanied by a magnificent wine list with quaffable wines from the old world, and the new.
